Pricing:

Services are a la carte. Blow-dry, Haircuts, and Toner services are not included in any color service pricing. Highlighting services require a color balance service. Prices vary upon stylist level and are subject to change based on the services required to complete a job, product used, and stylists availability. Pricing per service is listed next to the services when booking. Every guest needs are different, for a price” “quote” please book an in-person consultation. Platinum Blonding services and Color Correcting services are charged PER HOUR. These services are a minimum $400 and are charged $150 per hour. (Olaplex is not included in these charges.) Cancellations charges always apply.

Late Appointments & Cancellations:

We will do our best to accommodate late arrives when the schedule will allow. We may ask that you reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late. No Shows and appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the missed appointment and asked to prepay their next appointment.

Large Appointments Deposits: Appointments longer than 3.5 hours will require a 30% deposit at booking. If you have booked your appointment online, call 857-250-2949 to pay your deposit to guarantee your “big”‘ appointments. 48 hour cancellation policy applies to these appointments. Appointments longer than 3.5 hours and cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will lose the deposit

Refunds & Exchanges:

Z2 does not offer refunds on services. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a service, we offer adjustments up to 7 days after the original service. Unopened Products may be exchanged in person up to 7 days of purchase.

Environment:

Z2 On Newbury Spa and Salon is meant to be an escape, we ask that you silence your cellphone. Any children under 10 must be under the supervision of a guest who is not receiving services.

Booking

An in-person consultation is required for new clients before booking any highlighting or blonding services. A credit card number will be required to book an appointment. Gratuities are appreciated via Venmo or cash.
